Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the genkinfy.com website, for what purpose and how you can manage them. The controller is Genkinfy LLC. For the related processing of personal data, please also see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the page to work, remember preferences or obtain statistical information about how the site is used. Alongside them there are similar technologies (such as local storage or pixels); when we refer to «cookies» we also mean these.
2. Which cookies do we use?
Our site is a static website that, on its own, does not install tracking cookies. Those that may be activated are grouped as follows:
Strictly necessary (technical) cookies
Essential for the site to load and work correctly. They do not require your consent and are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.
Analytics cookies (require consent)
We use Google Analytics 4, an analytics service from Google, to understand in aggregate how the site is used (most visited pages, devices, source) and thus improve it. These cookies are only activated if you give your consent in the cookie banner. The information is processed in aggregate form and shared by Google as the provider.
Third-party cookies (appointment booking)
When you click «Book a consultation» you access the external booking tool we use to schedule meetings. That platform may install its own cookies, governed by its corresponding privacy and cookies policy.
3. Cookie details
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguish users anonymously. | Analytics | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Maintain session state (GA4). | Analytics | Up to 2 years |
| Booking provider cookies | Scheduling platform | Enable the appointment booking widget to function. | Third-party | As set by the provider |
4. Legal basis and consent
Technical cookies are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and do not require consent. Analytics cookies and third-party cookies are only installed with your prior consent, which we request through the cookie banner the first time you visit the site. You can accept, reject or configure them.
5. How to manage or withdraw your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the site's cookie settings panel. In addition, you can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings:
For Google analytics you can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Please note that blocking certain cookies may affect how the site works.
6. International transfers
Some cookie providers (such as Google) process data in the USA. These transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adherence to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can find more information in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy if the cookies we use or the applicable regulations change. We will always publish the current version on this page with its last updated date.
8. Contact
